Role Overview

The company is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Specialists to support the existing contact centre team with customer enquiries, stock ordering, campaigns, and appointment planning. This is a full-time position based at the head office outside Naas in County Kildare. It offers the opportunity to join a growing Irish business that values a positive workplace for its employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service so customers have a positive experience at every interaction with Blackberry Hearing.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and arrange appointments for audiologists.
  • Make sure the diary contains well-screened, quality appointments for the Audiology team.
  • Respond to customer service queries received through inbound calls.
  • Process customer stock orders and eShop orders.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment and quick to learn new tasks.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Confident using technology; experience with social media and CRM systems is an advantage.
