About the role

Callington Middle East, based in JAFZA, is looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Executive with 5 to 7 years of professional experience. The position supports both sales operations and customer service activities in a busy environment. The right candidate will have solid experience in order handling, customer account coordination, sales administration, and SAP Business One.

This position calls for strong communication, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle several priorities at once while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Sales support

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up on open actions.
  • Assist with managing customer accounts.
  • Work closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure orders move smoothly through fulfilment.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving team targets.

Customer service

  • Act as the main contact for customer questions, orders, complaints, and service requests.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Track order progress and keep customers informed proactively.
  • Keep customer information and related records accurate and up to date.

SAP Business One administration

  • Create and maintain quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and customer master records in SAP.
  • Ensure all SAP B1 transaction data is complete, correct, and well maintained.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports using SAP Business One.
  • Check stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams to support order fulfilment.
  • Contribute to process enhancement and system improvement efforts.

Administrative support

  • Draft letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
  • Maintain well-organized filing systems for customer and sales documentation.
  • Assist management with special assignments and general administrative work.

Qualifications and experience

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required. The company is seeking someone with 5 to 7 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, sales coordination, or a similar function. Direct, hands-on SAP experience is mandatory. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, or other B2B sectors will be considered an added advantage.

Skills and competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP modules used for sales, inventory, and customer management
  • Very good spoken and written English communication
  • Competence in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking ability
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer-first approach with effective problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • CRM system experience will be an advantage

Work location
