Role Overview

The team in Nuremberg is looking for a customer service and internal sales associate for the Viscom business unit. This position supports the sales department and helps ensure smooth handling of customer requests and orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and orders by phone and in writing.
• Manage the full order process from quotation through to delivery.
• Assist sales consultants in day-to-day work.
• Support promotional and sales-boosting activities.
• Maintain and update customer and order data.
• Step in for team members when needed.

• Completed commercial training or solid commercial knowledge.
• Confident use of standard MS Office applications is preferred.
• Careful, structured, and dependable way of working.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Motivation to perform well, take on new challenges, and work across a varied set of tasks.
