Role Overview
In this remote customer support role, you will be on the front line helping customers and contributing to first-contact resolution in a fast-changing environment. The position involves a wide mix of service interactions, including sharing product details, clarifying policies, resolving technical issues, extending expired products, enrolling customers in courses, and guiding users through the website. The role is designed for someone who can create positive customer experiences and help build long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers by phone, email, or chat and provide timely support for questions or concerns.
- Develop rapport with customers and adapt your communication style to deliver a personalized service experience.
- Handle orders, refunds, and related service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and retain strong knowledge of the company’s products and services so you can assist customers effectively.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer conversations, requests, and completed transactions.
- Offer technical assistance and use quick, practical thinking to help anticipate customer needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-drive, and the ability to work well independently and with a team.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple screens and browser tabs at once.
