About the Role
Baytonia is seeking a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to support customer communication and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer questions and requests through phone calls, direct messages, and social media channels.
- Check in with customers after their interactions and make sure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
- Manage complaints and work toward suitable resolutions.
- Partner with internal departments to help resolve customer needs and service requests.
- Keep detailed and accurate logs of all customer communications and actions taken.
Requirements
- Prior background in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, along with solid problem-solving ability.
- Good command of English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is beneficial.
