Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position is based in Riyadh. The role is centered on delivering a smooth support experience by answering customer questions, tracking orders, handling concerns, and keeping service quality high.

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries received through messages and phone calls.
  • Track and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
  • Handle complaints in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support timely issue resolution.
  • Manage order-related inquiries and provide accurate updates.
  • Work to maintain strong customer satisfaction levels throughout the support process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is expected.
  • Arabic and English language fluency is an advantage.
