Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position is based in Riyadh. The role is centered on delivering a smooth support experience by answering customer questions, tracking orders, handling concerns, and keeping service quality high.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries received through messages and phone calls.
- Track and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
- Handle complaints in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely issue resolution.
- Manage order-related inquiries and provide accurate updates.
- Work to maintain strong customer satisfaction levels throughout the support process.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is expected.
- Arabic and English language fluency is an advantage.
