Job description

About the Role

We are hiring a customer support professional to manage customer questions, resolve issues, and deliver a smooth service experience that keeps customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and address queries promptly and professionally.
  • Place outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, and information sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products or services, and involve the right team when needed.
  • Share accurate information and support customers in a way that maintains strong satisfaction levels.
  • Record every interaction and keep CRM records updated.
  • Work toward daily and weekly performance goals, including handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Coordinate with teammates to enhance service quality and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Graduates are encouraged to apply, and freshers are also eligible.
  • Applicants with 0 to 4 years of experience in voice-based customer support can be considered.
  • Strong spoken English communication is required.
  • Good listening ability, patience, and empathy are important for this role.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and CRM tools, are needed.

Required Skills

Good spoken English, or fluency in Malayalam, Marathi, or Tamil.

Work Schedule

  • Shift timing is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Compensation

  • Freshers can expect a salary band of 2.55 LPA to 4 LPA.
  • Candidates with more than 6 months of experience may receive a 20% to 25% hike over their last CTC, up to a maximum of 4.2 LPA.
