About the role
Join IDFC FIRST Bank as a Customer Service Executive for premium inbound support. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for high-value customers, helping them quickly with accurate resolutions and a polished service experience. The role suits someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering service with empathy and speed.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer requests from premium account holders promptly and with a customer-first approach.
- Deliver effective first-contact resolutions while keeping handling time as efficient as possible.
- Consistently meet service quality standards and turnaround-time expectations.
- Encourage customers to use digital channels for easier and more efficient service access.
- Support initiatives that improve service performance across the contact center.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field such as Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in banking or premium customer support.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high-value customer interactions with professionalism and care.
- Comfort using CRM systems and digital support tools.
- A proactive, energetic, empathetic, and result-oriented approach.
