Job description
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is based in Singapore, specifically at Tampines. The role supports the centre’s day-to-day administrative and customer-facing operations, with a strong focus on parent communication, record upkeep, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal with administrative tasks and centre operations.
- Communicate with parents regarding enrolment-related matters, school fee collection, and other routine service queries.
- Coordinate with suppliers to make sure goods and services are delivered on time.
- Keep data, records, and reports accurate, complete, and updated without delay.
- Manage incoming calls and prepare documents and forms, including attendance records for teachers and children.
- Handle petty cash, daily collections, and centre enrolment reporting.
Requirements
- A diploma qualification or higher is required.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities are important.
- Working knowledge of MS Office is expected.
