Role Overview
EFICYENT is hiring a customer-oriented and self-driven Customer Service Executive to support its remote team in the United Arab Emirates. This position focuses on assisting customers, addressing issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive service experience through clear and professional communication.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer questions and requests via phone, email, and digital messaging channels
- Share correct details about products, services, and internal procedures
- Manage complaints and service concerns in a calm, professional manner
- Keep customer information and support logs accurate and up to date
- Check back with customers to confirm their issues have been solved and they are satisfied
- Work with other internal teams to meet customer needs
- Spot repeated customer problems and share suggestions for improvement
- Uphold service quality expectations and support standards
- Refer complex matters to senior colleagues when needed
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Communication, or a similar subject is preferred
- 0 to 4 years of experience in customer support or a related role; fresh graduates may also apply
- Strong speaking and writing skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems effectively
- Comfortable handling customer interactions in a professional way
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service workflows at a basic level
- Able to perform independently while working remotely
Preferred Skills
- Experience using customer relationship management systems
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
