Skills and Knowledge

The role calls for strong problem-solving ability, prior customer support experience in fast-moving, high-availability 24x7 environments, and an active understanding of current technologies used in the domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for customer issues from the point of reporting until resolution is delivered.
  • Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot system or application-related problems to identify suitable fixes.
  • Use established escalation processes to route unresolved matters to the right internal teams.
  • Work with a proactive mindset to meet service-level agreements and help sustain them consistently.
