About the Role

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a thriving financial services organization in Dublin. This role offers a fantastic chance for a customer-centric individual to become part of a new Customer Service Team, operating in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily account administration and analyze customer communications to determine necessary actions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls concerning loan account servicing.
  • Research customer inquiries and negotiate suitable resolutions at the account level.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and expedite necessary information.
  • Perform general loan administration duties, such as issuing mortgage and redemption statements, and handling customer correspondence.
  • Ensure all customer records are kept accurate and current after every interaction.
  • Adhere to established operational metrics, service level agreements, and performance goals.
  • Identify, document, and escalate any errors or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Guarantee all tasks are executed in compliance with company policies, controls, and regulatory mandates.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Prior experience in customer service, a contact centre, or the financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in managing tasks efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting with strict deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail coupled with robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Computer proficiency and the aptitude to rapidly acquire proficiency with new systems and procedures.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team goals.
  • A results-oriented approach with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Dedication to achieving superior customer outcomes and upholding compliance standards consistently.
