Job description
Role Overview
The hiring is for a chat support representative in an e-commerce BPO environment. This role is with a recruitment firm that sources talent for international BPOs and KPOs, and no recruitment fee is charged.
Location and Relocation
This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates should be prepared to relocate there if selected.
Compensation
The salary range is INR 26,000 to INR 40,000 per month. In addition, night shift work carries an allowance of INR 40 per hour, which can add roughly INR 2,000 to INR 8,000 extra.
Work Schedule
The job involves rotational shifts and night shifts.
Role Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support customers mainly through chat and email, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Candidate Profile
Strong spoken and written English communication is essential for this position.
