Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Associate in Abuja. The role involves handling customer questions, addressing complaints and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience through phone, email, and face-to-face communication. You will work to resolve issues efficiently, keep accurate records of customer interactions, and support the agency’s reputation through clear and professional service. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Solid experience in customer support with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of phone etiquette and standard customer service practices.
- Strong customer experience mindset and comfort working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and composed in difficult situations.
- Prior experience in public health or a non-profit environment is an added advantage.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; further study in communication or a related area is a plus.
