About the role
Repco is looking for a retail assistant to deliver strong customer service across in-store, phone, and online channels. The role is centered on creating positive customer experiences in an automotive aftermarket retail and trade setting.
Key responsibilities
- Keep safety at the forefront for yourself, your teammates, and customers at all times.
- Deliver helpful, authentic service that creates memorable interactions for customers.
- Use your customer service skills to support sales results.
- Ensure the showroom stays well presented and merchandise is displayed to a high standard.
- Handle stock tasks including receiving, dispatching, and storing goods.
- Work as a positive, cooperative, and team-focused Repco employee to help build a strong workplace culture.
Role requirements
This position involves lifting, bending, and climbing. Applicants do not need prior industry experience, as applications are welcome from people new to the sector.
