Role overview

The Customer Relationship Associate is a hands-on, execution-driven position within the Digital Audiences team. The role supports revenue retention and growth across agency-managed accounts and, in some cases, direct advertisers by encouraging regular platform usage, helping drive data adoption, and making sure client marketing goals are delivered smoothly. The emphasis is on daily execution, account upkeep, service quality, and protecting existing revenue.

Key responsibilities

This role manages a defined set of current accounts with established agency ties, repeat business patterns, and relatively low strategic or commercial complexity. The associate works within existing pricing and commercial structures to ensure consistent delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client communication and incoming requests, executing campaign requests, coordinating audience proposals with the Data Desk team, and supporting platform onboarding and troubleshooting with speed and accuracy. The role also requires maintaining accurate SFDC records, ensuring contract details remain correct, and following through on delivery commitments.

In addition, the associate prepares supporting materials and insights for QBRs and client meetings, looks for upsell opportunities within current scopes, and raises possible risks or renewal concerns early. Strong product, platform, and audience knowledge is important for dependable execution and for building client trust.

Working style and additional details

A continuous learning mindset is expected, along with openness to learning through colleagues, mentors, stakeholders, and formal learning programs. Where relevant to the market, fluency in English and other applicable languages is also expected.

Experience and skills expected

The role expects at least 2 years of prior experience in corporate or B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management. Candidates should be able to juggle multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and troubleshoot basic platform issues.

Additional strengths include careful attention to detail, disciplined process management, consultative selling fundamentals, commercial awareness, client communication, cross-functional collaboration, the ability to translate data into simple insights, and proficiency with SFDC and Microsoft Office tools.

The position is based in Singapore and is an on-site full-time role.
