Its operations support mining projects across Western Australia.
Role Overview
This opportunity is tied to an active crushing project at a small iron ore mine in the Northern Goldfields. The site uses both fixed and mobile crushing plant operations at the same time, and the company is looking for experienced operators who can support safe, efficient operation and upkeep of both systems.
Key Duties

- Oversee and adjust plant equipment and processes to keep operations safe, steady, and productive.
- Handle basic maintenance work on chutes, scrapers, and vibrating screens.
- Perform housekeeping tasks around the plant, including shoveling, scraping, and sweeping as needed.
- Operate relevant equipment such as skid steer, IT loader, telehandler, and EWP.
Work Pattern
The position is a permanent full-time contract with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster. Shifts rotate between days and nights.
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants should bring hands-on crushing plant operation and maintenance experience, along with experience on skid steer, Bobcat, or telehandler equipment. The role also requires current confined space and working at heights tickets, plus a valid driver’s licence.
Preferred Qualifications
These additional credentials are advantageous, though not mandatory: elevated work platform qualification, CN crane ticket, and rigging and/or dogging experience.
What Success in This Role Looks Like
- A practical, structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Dependability, initiative, and a strong commitment to completing work to a high standard.
- Consistent attention to safety procedures and site practices.
- Comfort working as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive salary with superannuation paid on all hours worked.
- Permanent full-time employment with scope for long-term career development.
- A workplace that places safety and employee wellbeing at the forefront.
- Fortnightly pay for reliable and regular income.
