Role Overview

This position is part of a restaurant team that prepares food by hand every day and supports a welcoming guest experience. Team members are trained to work across multiple stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required, and people from many backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

What the Job Involves

• Learn and work confidently at different restaurant stations, such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Help create a friendly, service-oriented atmosphere for guests.
• Prepare fresh food daily using standard restaurant procedures.
• Contribute to smooth team operations and strong customer experience.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $18.25 to $19.25 per hour, with the exact offer depending on skills, experience, and/or education, and subject to local wage and hour requirements.
