Job description
About the role
We’re hiring for a rapidly expanding beauty supplement brand that ships more than 300,000 bottles each month. Creators play a major role in the company’s growth, and this position sits at the center of that effort.
As the Creator & Community Manager, you will shape and maintain the creator community, keeping it active, motivated, and organized. This is a people-focused role where you’ll be the main point of connection for creators, helping them stay engaged while also ensuring the operational side runs smoothly and on schedule.
You won’t be building everything from scratch; established SOPs and a proven playbook are already in place. Still, the right person needs to be highly social, structured, relationship-driven, and focused on outcomes.
Location, type, and pay
Location: Remote
Engagement type: Contract
Compensation: USD 3,500–6,500 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Identifying strong creators who align with the brand and bringing them into the creator community.
- Running weekly creator calls, maintaining engagement, and sharing winning content concepts so creators understand what performs well.
- Managing creator relationships by handling rate discussions, deliverables, contracts, and day-to-day communication in a professional, friendly manner.
- Overseeing logistics such as coordinating shipments from the US warehouse and making sure deadlines are met.
- Working with copywriters and the marketing team to convert creative briefs into scripts and content ideas that creators can execute effectively.
- Reviewing creator performance data, identifying patterns and top-performing trends, and feeding those insights back into the community.
- Maintaining clear systems for creators, deliverables, and assets in ClickUp so the workflow stays organized and scalable.
- Potentially briefing or creating your own content as an added advantage.
What we’re looking for
- You enjoy talking to people and building genuine relationships, especially with a predominantly female creator community in the beauty space.
- You have at least 1 year of experience managing influencers or UGC creators, ideally for a DTC or e-commerce brand.
- Experience with creator platforms such as Insense or Beeroll is helpful.
- You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable speaking and writing in a polished, timely way.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable with deadlines.
- You understand what drives short-form content performance and care about results, not just volume.
- You take full ownership, quickly identify problems, and build practical solutions in a fast-moving environment.
Who is not a fit
- Candidates who struggle with organization or tight deadlines.
- Applicants who are not naturally social or do not enjoy representing a community.
- People without an understanding of e-commerce or interest in growth-oriented work.
- Those looking for a low-pressure, fixed-hours role with minimal intensity.
Additional information
This role supports one of the company’s fastest-growing beauty supplement brands. The team will provide training on its internal playbook and operating systems, but the position still requires strong relationship management, sharp execution, and a results-driven mindset.
