About the Role
This position is part of a global brand that introduced energy drinks in 1987 and has grown into a worldwide organisation with about 22,000 team members across more than 178 countries. The business sold over 14 billion cans last year. In this role, you will help strengthen brand awareness, product relevance, and trust among creators, influencers, and opinion leaders, with a strong focus on the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) space and support across other areas as needed.
Your work will centre on building authentic product and brand communication programs, identifying the most suitable ambassadors in the fitness sector, developing genuine relationships, and creating mutually valuable initiatives. The objective is to increase everyday relevance and awareness of the brand through creators’ channels in a way that feels credible and meaningful.
Relationship Building & Network Development
You will identify creators whose natural reach can add value in the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) area and help build trust in the brand and its products. A key part of the role is to understand each creator’s interests, ambitions, and motivations so you can create real connections and long-term relationships.
You will also look for opportunities to design projects and activities that benefit both the business and the creator. Once a strong relationship exists, you will explore how to activate each opinion leader in a way that feels genuinely aligned with the brand. Working with a Product Expert, you will help address product-related concerns and ensure creators are authentic ambassadors, while also being prepared to step back when there is no natural fit.
Creator Marketing Execution in Active Lifestyle (Fitness)
You will collaborate with teams across Sports, Brand, and Field Marketing to shape creator marketing plans throughout the year. This includes embedding creator activity into existing campaigns and developing new concepts within the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) space.
You will partner with the Brand team to identify the tools needed for the program and oversee production and delivery while staying aligned with brand standards. The role is expected to support business priorities such as expanding organic earned reach in fitness and improving understanding and trust in the product. You will also help communicate product features, uses, and benefits in a credible way and find practical ways to share product messages across the wider business.
Business Operations
You will track and review the effectiveness of creator marketing initiatives on a regular basis, making sure business goals are being met. You will share insights and achievements with stakeholders, with special attention to product trust and return on investment.
In addition, you will contribute to project teams by bringing strategic and creative thinking to product understanding and trust. Budget monitoring will be part of the role, along with support for building clear commercial cases.
