JTS Growth is a major agency focused on TikTok Shop. The team supports brands with launch, growth, and account management across short-form video, affiliate-driven promotion, and creative that is built to convert. The company has already contributed to millions of units sold for client brands.
Role Overview
This position is for a Creative Strategist who will own the thinking behind client content, starting with research and idea generation and extending through script creation and analysis of results.
What You Will Be Doing
- Study TikTok trends, competitor activity, top-performing ads, and creator content to uncover new opportunities.
- Build content strategies that match each client’s product, audience, and business objectives.
- Develop strong hooks, concepts, and video angles intended to attract attention and improve conversions.
- Write persuasive scripts for founder-led stories, product demos, user-generated content, street interviews, testimonials, and other TikTok-style formats.
- Prepare creative briefs and work with creators and editors to turn ideas into finished content.
- Track how content performs and use the findings to keep improving the creative direction.
- Coordinate with account managers, creators, editors, and clients so the creative work stays aligned with commercial goals.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate understands how TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts work, can think creatively, and is comfortable turning insights into content that performs. Strong writing, storytelling, and organizational ability are important, along with an understanding of consumer behavior and direct-response marketing.

Additional Information
