Creative Marketing Project Coordinator

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for a Creative Marketing Project Coordinator based in Atlanta, GA. The assignment is expected to run from 07/06/2026 through 01/29/2027, with the possibility of an extension. It is a W2 role with benefits, and the hourly pay range is $30.00 to $36.50, depending on relevant factors such as client needs, experience, statutory requirements, and location.

What you will do

• Bring together cross-functional partners to launch, review, and approve marketing assets.
• Monitor project timelines, keep schedules on track, and help remove issues or delays with key stakeholders.
• Partner with in-house design teams, video production teams, and outside freelance graphic designers on outsourced creative work.
• Coordinate with tradeshow teams so lead information is entered into Salesforce.com quickly for follow-up.
• Assist with visual merchandising needs by managing several applications and workflows efficiently.

Required background

• Solid experience working in Excel.
• Ability to build presentations.
• Proven capability in project coordination or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Comfort using web-based tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred strengths

• More advanced project management capability.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, motivational, speaking, writing, and presentation skills.

Compensation and benefits

The pay range for this role is $30.00 to $36.50 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k), and commuter benefits.
