Role overview

This opportunity is for a Creative Lead based in Central London, UK, working in a hybrid setup. It is a full-time mid-senior position within the events, luxury brand experiences and creative agency space. The compensation is around £65,000 per year, subject to experience.

About the company

The employer is a fully integrated creative agency with an international footprint, delivering event production, immersive brand experiences and creative design for leading luxury, lifestyle and fashion clients. With studios in London, Paris, New York and Los Angeles, the team combines creative, design and production expertise to create high-end events and activations. The London team is made up of about 40 people working at the forefront of experiential work.

What the role involves

The Creative Lead will shape the conceptual and visual direction for premium experiential events, installations, content and exhibitions across luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle projects. Reporting to the Head of Creative, this person will combine strategic thinking with strong execution, guide a multidisciplinary team, contribute creative leadership in client meetings, and help mentor the broader studio.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop original creative ideas and concepts for experiential campaigns, content, installations, events and exhibitions.
  • Turn brand strategy and client briefs into polished, visually striking creative outputs.
  • Present ideas persuasively to senior clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Support, coach and motivate internal team members and outside collaborators through the creative process.
  • Work closely with producers to keep delivery aligned with timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, innovation and brand consistency across all work.
  • Track developments in culture, design, fashion and technology to keep ideas fresh and relevant.

Candidate profile

We are looking for a candidate with substantial creative experience and a strong background in luxury, fashion or lifestyle environments. The right person will be a confident art director and conceptual thinker who can move between strategy and execution, communicate effectively with clients, and remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of creative experience, ideally with strong exposure to luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Advanced art direction ability, with a strong sense of visual storytelling, typography and design.
  • A talent for turning abstract ideas into refined, practical creative solutions.
  • Experience thinking across the full experiential journey, with strategic awareness.
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, VectorWorks and/or CAD tools, plus experience across print, digital, film and experiential work.
  • Experience with 3D software and rendering is beneficial.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification, along with a positive, flexible approach and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Additional information

Salary is described as circa £65,000 depending on experience.
