Job description
About the company
Order+Chaos is a creative agency focused on connecting brands with the cultural voices influencing today’s audience. In the past 18 months, the team has delivered work for names such as TikTok, Netflix, Sony Music, Paramount+, BAFTA, Uber, and Hinge, spanning creator-led experiences, live events, premieres, cultural moments, and large-scale brand activations. The agency has also worked with talent including Kylie Minogue, Charli xcx, Confidence Man, and JADE, and has created experiences tied to major entertainment IP such as The Celebrity Traitors.
As the business expands, the team is seeking an ambitious person who can help shape future work.
Role overview
This position sits at the core of how the agency functions. It is not limited to logistics; the role requires translating client briefs into memorable experiences, identifying culturally relevant ideas, selecting venues, finding the right collaborators, and turning concepts into live realities. You will work closely with the founder across agency operations and client delivery, influencing both what the agency makes and how it works.
The role calls for someone who can move comfortably between creative development, mood-board creation, talent and collaborator research, budgeting, timeline management, client communication, and onsite event delivery. The ideal person is highly organised, culturally aware, creatively curious, and confident in making things happen.

- Curate speakers, performers, creators, partners, and event programming
- Contribute fresh formats, ideas, and opportunities that strengthen the work
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and production partners to realise concepts
- Help ensure each project feels relevant, distinctive, and carefully considered
Delivery and project management
- Take projects from initial concept through to final completion
- Ensure work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard
- Handle several projects at different stages at the same time
- Build and maintain timelines, production schedules, and delivery plans
- Prepare call sheets, run sheets, production bibles, and operational documents
- Manage venues, suppliers, and wider stakeholder communication
- Protect the creative intent during production while adapting elements where needed
- Oversee onsite delivery and make sure execution runs smoothly
Client management
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients

Culture and craft
- Stay closely connected to culture, entertainment, and community conversations
- Understand what resonates with audiences and why
- Bring new references, ideas, and inspiration into the business
- Participate in creative development sessions that bridge concept and execution
- Support a high standard of operational detail and delivery
- Continuously look for ways to improve ideas rather than simply execute them
Experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4–8+ years of experience in events, experiential work, entertainment, or brand experiences. You should have previously developed projects from concept through delivery, and be equally comfortable with creative thinking and structured execution. Strong presentation and communication skills are important, as is the ability to manage clients, budgets, timelines, suppliers, venues, and external partners.
We are looking for someone who is naturally interested in culture, entertainment, and communities, who enjoys switching between ideas and delivery, and who can thrive in a fast-moving environment. This is a role for someone who wants to help build a business, not just support one that already exists.
Working style and company culture
The team is growing quickly and intentionally operates without a large corporate hierarchy. That means you can expect real influence over the work, the collaborators brought in, and how the business evolves. Ownership is encouraged, but collaboration and support are always available when needed.
Order+Chaos is committed to building a team that cares about the work, each other, and the world around them. Accessibility and inclusion are also important, both in the experiences the agency creates and in the way the team is built.
Chaos to Kindness
Through the Chaos to Kindness initiative, the agency supports underrepresented creatives, showcases emerging talent, and makes space for stories that are often overlooked. Joining the team means contributing to work that aims to create opportunities for others, with an understanding that who gets to make the work matters just as much as the work itself.
What you’ll receive
- Chance to help shape a fast-growing creative business
- Direct exposure to founders and senior clients
- Meaningful creative ownership
- Work on diverse projects with cultural relevance
- Collaborative and ambitious team environment
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Competitive pay based on experience
How to apply
Interested candidates should send a short introduction covering who they are, examples of what they have made happen, and what they could contribute to the team, together with a CV and portfolio.
