Job description
About the role
Happy Earth Organic is a Dubai-based clean-label food and beverage brand focused on premium, wellness-oriented products such as organic coconut water, organic dates, gifting, and upcoming product ranges. The company is hiring a Creative and Social Media Manager to shape the brand’s visual presence across social media, video, packaging, website, marketplace listings, retail materials, and wider campaign communications.
This position calls for someone with a strong creative eye who can move quickly, bring ideas to life with AI-assisted workflows, edit short-form videos, and protect a premium brand look across every customer touchpoint.
Role expectations
- Produce reels, carousels, stories, advertisements, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and other social media content.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
- Use AI-based tools for concepting, moodboards, visual development, layouts, and faster delivery.
- Create banners for the website, Shopify graphics, product visuals, and landing page assets.
- Design marketplace imagery for Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, and similar platforms.
- Contribute to packaging, labels, stickers, gift boxes, inserts, and print-ready artwork.
- Develop retail and sales collateral such as brochures, flyers, shelf talkers, banners, catalogues, and presentations.
- Support photoshoots with moodboards, styling suggestions, shot lists, and basic art direction.
- Build reusable templates and keep creative files organised so production moves faster.
Required profile
Candidates should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates social media design, video editing, and brand-focused creative work. The ideal person should understand layout, typography, colour use, spacing, and visual hierarchy, and should be comfortable producing polished assets for a premium brand.
Hands-on experience making reels and short-form videos is essential. Applicants should also be confident using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable tools, along with practical knowledge of AI-driven creative tools.
The role requires the ability to work from briefs, references, trends, and product stories, while showing speed, accountability, close attention to detail, and a willingness to act on feedback.
Preferred background
- Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands in FMCG, food, beverage, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Exposure to packaging, label, or print design.
- Experience creating content for Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, or Careem.
- Comfort working on Shopify or other e-commerce visual assets.
- Knowledge of product photography, styling, and art direction.
Work setup and conditions
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The position follows a 6-day work week and is suited to someone who can handle the pace of a fast-moving startup environment.
Application guidance
Applicants should not apply if they only know basic Canva, cannot edit videos, do not use or understand AI tools, do not have a portfolio, only want to create static posts, or require highly detailed instructions for every small task.
To be considered, candidates must share a CV, portfolio, reels or video samples, social media design samples, current location and visa status, earliest joining date, and expected salary. Applications without a portfolio or content samples will not be reviewed.
