Role overview
The courier will handle road-based pick-up and delivery tasks, customer interactions, and package handling. The main goal is to deliver a reliable service while following all operational, safety, and security standards, meeting service commitments, and helping raise customer satisfaction.
Key duties
- Carry out pick-up and delivery trips on assigned routes.
- Provide courteous customer service during deliveries and collections.
- Handle packing-related tasks when required.
- Follow all company procedures, safety rules, and security requirements while performing daily work.
- Support timely service delivery and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

Minimum requirements
- Secondary school education or an equivalent qualification.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must hold a current and valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
- Should have a clean driving history with no preventable accidents in the last 12 months.
- Must be able to lift and move parcels up to 34 kg, and use suitable equipment to move a single parcel weighing up to 70 kg.
- Must be able to communicate in English and understand spoken and written English.
