Role overview

This opportunity is for a strategic and commercially minded Country Manager to support the expansion of a global cybersecurity business across Qatar and Kuwait. The role focuses on winning enterprise business, strengthening client relationships, and positioning a strong cybersecurity offering to target customers.

The position is based in Doha, Qatar and offers the chance to contribute to a fast-moving, high-growth sector.

Compensation is stated as up to QAR 70,000, along with benefits and commission.

Key responsibilities

  • Win new enterprise customers in both Qatar and Kuwait.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the cybersecurity portfolio so solutions can be presented clearly and competitively.
  • Keep track of cybersecurity market movements, updates, and emerging trends.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and share performance updates through CRM tools.
  • Track client invoices and follow up to ensure payments are received on time.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and industry events that help generate revenue.
  • Create and execute sales strategies using approved sales frameworks.
  • Consistently adhere to the company’s sales process and operating procedures.
  • Oversee tender activity for prospective procurement opportunities.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions is required.
  • Existing connections in Qatar and Kuwait across both B2C and B2G networks are essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and account management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and collaborate across teams.

Compensation and benefits

Salary is listed at up to QAR 70,000, plus benefits and commission.
