Insight into access mechanisms such as MediShield Life, Medisave, and CHAS subsidies that influence vaccine uptake.
- Brand Ownership & Development: Takes full responsibility for crafting and driving the brand plan, emphasizing prioritized growth segments and aligning internal teams like sales, medical, and access around unified brand goals. Applies operational planning and budgeting processes and aligns brand objectives with local and cluster priorities.
- Patient and Caregiver Journey Comprehension: Understands the full vaccination decision process from awareness through to vaccination, tracking funnel metrics to identify and address conversion gaps. Designs comprehensive demand stimulation activities including parent education and clinic support beyond standard promotion.
- Analytical and Execution Agility: Monitors performance data such as IQVIA reports and sales figures to proactively identify underperformance areas and implement corrective measures. Adapts quickly to shifts in the market landscape while maintaining strategic focus and learning continuously from execution cycles.

Maintains productive relationships with sales and broader medical and access teams to foster alignment and optimize campaign impact.
- Marketing Discipline & Innovation: Employs the EMPOWER framework for structured and insight-driven brand planning, ensuring sound marketing fundamentals like segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging are rigorously applied. Demonstrates AI fluency by integrating AI tools into marketing operations and embraces a growth mindset to continually evolve practices.
