The Human Hope Foundation is seeking a dedicated Counselor specialized in marriage bureau services to assist clients throughout their journey. This role requires empathy, effective communication, and the ability to manage client interactions expertly. The position demands availability for on-call duties and proficiency with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions to clients, assess their needs, and devise personalized treatment plans.
• Consistently follow up with clients regarding their registration status.
• Offer comprehensive information on fees, including lifetime charges until marriage completion and one-year plans.
• Efficiently share relevant profile information and ensure timely follow-ups on shared profiles.
• Collaborate with internal staff members to achieve both client and organizational objectives.
• Arrange meetings to facilitate matching profiles between clients.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Strong communication skills to engage and empathize with clients effectively.
• Capability to utilize both internal and external resources in crafting treatment plans.
• Computer literacy to manage data and client profiles accurately.
• Willingness to be available on-call to support client needs promptly.
