About the Role
PENN Entertainment is seeking a Corporate Payroll Administrator to support a fast-moving entertainment business that operates across multiple jurisdictions. The role centers on accurate, timely bi-weekly payroll processing for several companies, including union settings, while working with systems such as Kronos and Ultimate Software.

Key Responsibilities
- Run bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Check timecards, approvals, and payroll inputs, then identify and correct mismatches or errors.
- Apply property-specific compensation rules, including tip-related calculations and pay adjustments.
- Partner with HR to keep employee records current for hires, exits, transfers, and compensation changes.
- Organize payroll records and provide support for internal and external audits.
- Help process garnishments and work with tax and legal teams when needed.
- Support special payroll runs such as bonuses and year-end corrections.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll close activities.
- Contribute to special assignments from the Payroll Assistant Manager.
- Handle complex payroll tasks independently, using sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with UltiPro and Kronos is beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices, including multi-state processing and federal/state employment rules.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfort working with others while protecting sensitive information.
- An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience/training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
