Job description
Role overview
We are hiring a Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join the Rapport Network Team in Dublin. This is a lively, fast-moving team that plays a central role in the day-to-day running of the business.
The position suits someone who brings energy, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. You will move between different client sites, working with varied teams, environments, and ways of operating. It is a strong fit for a person who enjoys change, can react quickly, and feels comfortable adapting to new situations. Full systems and process training will be provided before you begin at any location, so you can step into the role confidently.
The Network Team provides cover across the full portfolio and acts as the first point of support when teams need cover for annual leave, training, sickness, or short-term gaps in staffing.
Employment details
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Working hours are 40 per week, scheduled Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
The role is mobile and requires willingness to travel between client contracts in and around Dublin.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you may be asked to step into several front-of-house and support positions depending on business needs, including receptionist, switchboard operator, concierge, floor coordinator, lobby host, and helpdesk support.
You will need to respond to guest requests quickly and professionally, making sure issues are handled with warmth, efficiency, and care.
A major part of the job involves managing incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
You will also work closely with other teams and service partners, helping create a strong single-team approach to delivering an excellent guest experience.
Because this is a mobile position, you should be comfortable adjusting to changing shifts, sites, and ad-hoc duties as required.
What the ideal candidate brings
The best fit for this role will align with Rapport’s values: Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall, and Stronger Together.
Previous front-of-house experience of at least 1 year is preferred, ideally gained in a luxury hotel, premium airline, high-end retail, or corporate setting.
You should have a warm and outgoing manner, strong professional etiquette, and the ability to build easy, positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and VIPs.
Strong interpersonal skills, an engaging personality, and the ability to adjust your communication style to suit different sites are important.
Excellent spoken and written English is required, along with clear, confident communication.
The role also calls for someone who is creative, organised, detail-focused, process-aware, proactive, and quick to learn, with a positive and resourceful mindset.
You should remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure, responding thoughtfully to whatever each day brings.
Benefits
Employees receive access to travel and grocery discounts, life assurance, and cash rewards.
A contributory pension scheme is available to support long-term financial planning.
Wellbeing support includes wellness programmes, an Employee Assistance Programme, and digital GP services.
The company offers ongoing learning and development opportunities to support career growth.
Outstanding team members can be recognised through WOW Awards.
Employees also receive one paid day off each year to support a charitable cause of their choice.
