Role Overview
This position calls for a strategic and imaginative communications leader to guide both internal and external messaging, protect and enhance brand reputation, and keep communication consistent across all audiences. The role is suited to someone who enjoys corporate storytelling, reputation management, and shaping messages that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run communication strategies that align with business priorities and strengthen the company’s public image.
- Draft and oversee a wide range of communication assets such as press releases, executive statements, newsletters, speeches, presentations, and company announcements.
- Develop solid working relationships with media representatives, business partners, and other important stakeholders to support positive visibility.
- Handle brand messaging across websites, social platforms, digital channels, and other communication touchpoints.
- Track media coverage, public perception, and the effectiveness of communication efforts, then share insights and recommendations with leadership.
- Assist senior leadership with strategic messaging, thought leadership efforts, and crisis communication preparation.
- Work closely with HR, Marketing, Investor Relations, and internal business teams to keep communication aligned across the organization.
- Drive communication initiatives that improve employee engagement, support corporate culture, and help manage organizational change.
Candidate Profile
- Background in corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or strategic communications.
- Strong ability in writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation delivery.
- Good grasp of media relations, reputation building, and communication planning.
- Experience preparing executive-level communications and working with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Well-developed project management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable handling several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strategic thinking paired with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
