Job Description

Privia Health is seeking a Corporate Communications Associate to support the planning, development, and execution of communication strategies for our Care Center and clinician stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, thoughtful, and creative, with a strong ability to convey Privia’s mission to our clinician practices and employees. This role requires a proactive communicator who can think and act both strategically and tactically, collaborating effectively across all company levels. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work efficiently and is eager to address complex challenges.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of communication campaigns targeting Care Center stakeholders to effectively deliver Privia’s messages and strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to national clinician and Care Center project workstreams by providing communication support.
  • Manage the editorial workflow for clinician-focused newsletters, ensuring content is timely, relevant, tailored, and accurate.
  • Administer and optimize the Account Engagement marketing communications platform, including maintaining data integrity, developing templates, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Support the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of Privia Connect, our Care Center intranet, ensuring brand consistency and developing new content.
  • Develop and publish knowledge base articles to guide Care Center staff on Privia’s services, programs, and best practices.
  • Analyze healthcare industry trends and communication data to identify opportunities and assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various markets to support business priorities, product launches, organizational changes, and strategic communication initiatives, while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Update and maintain project dashboards in Monday.com, tracking progress, managing deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and updating status reports.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • One year of professional experience in corporate communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or Public Relations.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and incorporate feedback to align with Privia’s brand voice and style.
  • Prior experience with email marketing tools such as Pardot, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively within a team environment.
  • Capacity to interact effectively with personnel at various organizational levels.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and ensure follow-through.
  • Aptitude for rapid learning and synthesizing complex information into clear, user-friendly formats.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or a strong interest in it is preferred.
  • Must adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations.
