Contract Specialist (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Contract Specialist on a contract basis who will work remotely. The specialist's primary role involves preparing, reviewing, and delivering a variety of contract templates and examples to support an AI training project.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, assess, and provide detailed templates and sample contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to current legal standards, reflect industry best practices, and are applicable to practical commercial situations.
• Submit well-organized and high-standard legal documents contributing to the AI training dataset.
• Maintain timely and professional communication, both written and verbal, to clarify project requirements and expected deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial attorney currently practicing or recently qualified, with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease contracts, IP, and marketing agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precision and clarity in contractual terms.
• Proven skill in creating or modifying legal documents for practical commercial use.
• Experience working independently in a remote environment and managing assignments with autonomy.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
• An interest or prior experience in legal operations, technology, or AI-enhanced platforms is advantageous.
