Role overview
Included Health is hiring a contract recruiter to support a high-volume corporate hiring portfolio. This person will own recruiting from end to end, work closely with hiring managers, and help the team move quickly while keeping the process consistent, high-quality, and candidate-friendly.
The position suits someone who works well in a fast-moving environment, can balance multiple priorities, and is driven by equitable, efficient hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for a large requisition load across one or more business areas, keeping speed, quality, and consistency top of mind.
- Work with hiring managers on intake sessions, role scoping, sourcing plans, ideal candidate profiles, and interview design.
- Create and grow strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, job boards, and similar tools.
- Lead structured screening and interview workflows, making sure hiring decisions are based on clear criteria and recorded feedback.
- Support a strong candidate journey by providing timely updates, clear expectations, and a professional, inclusive experience from application through offer.
- Keep Lever ATS data accurate and current, including candidate stages, disposition reasons, and requisition status updates.
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source mix, then use that information to spot delays and improve the process.
- Coordinate with recruiting coordinators to manage interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and interview teams.
- Work with Total Rewards and Talent Partners on offer guidance, compensation alignment, and internal equity considerations.
- Share ideas to improve workflows, tools, and recruiter productivity.
- Ensure hiring practices support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout the recruiting process.
- Stay informed on market trends, talent supply, and competitive hiring conditions so hiring managers have realistic expectations on timing and talent availability.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including success in a high-volume setting.
- Ability to handle a large multi-role portfolio while preserving attention to detail, accurate data, and a strong candidate experience.
- Experience working with and influencing hiring leaders from front-line managers through manager level.
- Strong sourcing capability with experience building pipelines from both active and passive talent channels.
- Comfort using ATS platforms, preferably Lever, plus sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ or similar systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a responsive, polished approach.
- Comfort working with recruiting data and turning metrics into actionable insights.
- Clear commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse candidate slates.
- Ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality in a fast-changing environment.
Preferred experience
- Background recruiting for Member Care, Call Center, Clinical Support, Operations, or comparable high-volume teams.
- Exposure to Workday for requisition tracking and onboarding workflows.
- Experience working with staffing agencies or BPO partners to extend direct sourcing efforts.
- Practical understanding of structured interviews, best-practice hiring methods, and feedback calibration.
Physical and cognitive requirements
- Regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work site is required.
- Ability to stay seated for long periods of time.
- Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination are needed to use a keyboard, computer, and other office equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs, such as a laptop, may be required.
- Must be able to interact appropriately with leadership, employees, and members.
