Programme Overview
This 18-month Business Graduate Programme is designed for candidates who want to understand how a business operates, use digital capabilities in practical settings, and contribute meaningfully within a collaborative international environment. It provides structured exposure to key business areas across local and global teams and is intended to support a long-term career in the organisation.
What You Will Do
Phase 1: Home Market — Build the Basics
- Gain first-hand exposure to Continental’s culture and develop a solid understanding of the core business in your home market.
- Lead and contribute to projects that support business performance, strategic priorities, and digital change.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners to build a strong professional network.
- Use analytical and digital capabilities to address real business issues and deliver measurable results.
Phase 2: International Market Assignment (6 months) — Broaden Your Perspective
- Continue your development in a different team and function, either at headquarters in Hanover or at another EMEA location, in areas such as eCommerce, Digital Solutions, Business Intelligence, Pricing, or similar core functions.
- Learn from global operations by collaborating with teams across countries and cultures.
- Support projects that contribute to both local and central business goals.
- Take an active part in a high-impact Graduate Pool initiative.
- Develop a stronger commercial outlook that supports faster career growth.
Phase 3: Return to Home Market — Prepare for Your Future Role
- Come back to your home market and transition toward a permanent position.
- Apply the knowledge, relationships, and international experience you have built to make an immediate contribution.
- Continue progressing in a function that matches both your strengths and business requirements.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Strong analytical ability and structured thinking, with the confidence to simplify complex problems and create practical solutions.

- Fluency in English plus the local language of the hiring market.
- International exposure and mobility, including study or work experience abroad and enthusiasm for spending time overseas during the graduate programme.
