- Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment by leading through example.
- Troubleshoot issues and help keep projects on schedule.
- Use mobile devices, apps, and Microsoft Office tools for job-related tasks and documentation.
- Handle physical restoration work, including lifting, material movement, ladder work, respirator use, and tasks in confined areas such as attics, basements, and crawlspaces.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in restoration, emergency services, or a closely related field.
- Working knowledge of cleaning approaches used in fire, water, and mold restoration.
- Hands-on experience with ozone and hydroxyl machines or similar equipment.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, mobile devices, and apps.
- Required certifications: Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT).
- Helpful additional certifications: Commercial Carpet Cleaning (CCT), Carpet Repair and Reinstallation (RRT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning (UFT), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).
