About the role

Otherside is a performance-focused creative and media agency that develops high-performing creative systems designed to accelerate client growth. The agency partners with rapidly scaling SaaS, fintech, and DTC brands, including Juniper, Pilot, Heidi Health, My Muscle Chef, and several businesses that have reached unicorn scale.

The team is looking for a Content Producer to independently manage a portfolio of clients from end to end during a period of growth. This is a creative strategy position for someone who can identify why an ad performs well or poorly, convert those insights into the next brief, and confidently explain the thinking to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Review both winning and underperforming creative across client accounts by studying hook rate, retention, and CPA, then turn those insights into fresh creative direction.
  • Develop performance-led creative briefs based on the data and increase iteration speed across accounts.
  • Handle client reporting and run monthly strategy discussions.
  • Use tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Supermetrics, Asana, and Slack in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including the ability to understand what is working from a creative perspective and how that connects to strategy.
  • A solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance creative.
  • Awareness of trends on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Comfort managing accounts independently without needing constant supervision.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present creative reasoning clearly and confidently.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with TikTok creative experience.
  • Ability to film simple iPhone-based content is considered a plus.
  • The ideal person is highly self-driven, spends a lot of time on social feeds, and enjoys working in a light-hearted environment.
