Role overview
This position involves reviewing and controlling user-generated material such as text, images, videos, and comments to ensure it aligns with internal policies and community rules. The job is based in Gurugram and is open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Examine user content across formats and apply policy guidelines consistently.
- Detect, assess, and action content that is harmful, offensive, or violates standards.
- Work with accuracy while meeting daily output and quality expectations.
- Forward complex, unclear, or sensitive matters to the right internal team.
- Handle confidential information carefully and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Keep yourself updated on moderation rules, workflow changes, and quality benchmarks.
- Record review outcomes clearly and maintain proper documentation.
- Track repeated issues, patterns, and risk areas observed during reviews.
- Meet turnaround time, productivity, and quality metrics consistently.
- Follow company compliance rules, internal processes, and data security practices.
- Take part in training and process improvement activities.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and be comfortable making objective decisions based on set guidelines. Good attention to detail, analytical ability, and basic computer knowledge are important. Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is useful. The role may require rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Experience in content moderation, trust and safety, non-voice operations, or customer support is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Compensation and workplace details
The salary range mentioned is INR 2,50,000 to INR 4,25,000 per year, with take-home pay of about INR 18,000 to INR 29,000 per month. Variable incentives of INR 2,000 to INR 3,500 per month are also offered. The role follows a 5-day working schedule, includes 24x7 and night shifts, and provides cab facility both ways. Work location: Gurugram.
