Role Overview
TGP International is looking for a flexible content marketing professional to support a broad mix of marketing and communications activities. The position sits within the B2B marketing function, which oversees brand messaging, public relations, events, and lead generation campaigns, and reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications while working closely with the digital marketing manager and marketing coordinator.
The main purpose of the role is to create compelling content that strengthens the agency’s position as a trusted voice in hospitality, food and beverage, placemaking, and urban development. The work will span short-form and long-form copy, along with marketing support across both online and offline channels.
This opportunity is best suited to someone with strong writing ability, a sense for design and storytelling, and the confidence to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Draft, refine, and publish content for a variety of channels, including thought leadership pieces, SEO-focused blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content, while staying consistent with brand voice and standards.
- Create a variety of visual and written marketing materials such as case study presentations, website copy, landing pages, social graphics, and sales support collateral.
- Work with internal teams to gather project details, case studies, and employee insights needed for content creation.
- Keep brand guidelines, company profiles, and other key marketing documents current and accurate.
- Partner with designers and photographers to ensure text and visuals work together effectively and consistently.
- Support SEO activity through FAQ content, digital PR, backlink-building efforts, and performance tracking using website analytics and keyword tools.
- Assist with website maintenance, HubSpot CRM coordination, and other marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Comfort handling several deadlines at once while working independently and maintaining a high standard of output.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Excellent writing skills for both concise and long-form content.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva.
- Experience using online content management systems, preferably HubSpot, along with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals for web copy and content development.
- Bonus points for experience with Asana or similar project management software.
- Prior background in B2B marketing is helpful.
- Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or real estate sectors is preferred.
