Job description
Role overview
This short-term assignment is suited to a creative video specialist who enjoys making attention-grabbing social content for the FinTech space. The work is centered around a single on-site filming day in a Dublin studio, followed by editing and packaging a collection of videos that can support a full month of social media activity.
The content should lean into founder-led storytelling and user-generated content (UGC) to showcase the proposition of a fully digital pension product. You will work directly with the founding team to capture authentic footage that reflects the brand’s message and visual style. The finished project needs to be completed by the end of June, and only people currently based in Dublin can be considered.
Deliverables
- Film and edit a set of short-form videos during a one-day studio shoot in Dublin.
- Create assets suitable for multiple social platforms, with enough material to support around one month of posts.
- Develop founder-led and UGC-style clips that clearly present the value of the digital pension offering.
- Deliver polished, publication-ready videos that follow the supplied style references.
- Coordinate with the team so the final content matches brand direction and campaign goals.
Requirements
- Background in content creation, video editing, and short-form video production.
- A strong portfolio showing UGC work and founder-led content, preferably for startups or FinTech companies.
- Comfort using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software.
- Ability to work quickly during a single shoot day and still meet tight turnaround times for edits.
- Good communication and strong organizational abilities.
- Must be based in Dublin and available for on-site work; applications from outside Dublin will not be considered.
- Awareness of current social media trends and effective practices for video content.
