Role Summary

This on-site, full-time position in Dubai is for a Content Creator who can produce strong digital content for multiple channels. The role involves writing website copy, social media posts, and marketing assets that reflect the brand clearly and consistently. The person in this role will also help shape content plans, research market and industry trends, refine content through editing and proofreading, coordinate with the owner on messaging, and review performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Develop original content for websites, social platforms, and marketing communications.
• Shape and support content plans aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
• Research current trends and relevant industry topics to guide content ideas.
• Review, edit, and polish copy to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Work with the owner to keep messaging aligned with the company’s tone and objectives.
• Monitor content results and make improvements based on performance data.

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates should bring strong writing and content development capability, along with the ability to manage content quality and digital promotion needs. They should be comfortable working collaboratively, meeting deadlines, and operating in a fast-paced on-site environment.

• Experience creating web content, creative copy, and general digital content.
• Ability to build content strategy and conduct focused research with strong attention to detail.
• Good proofreading and editing skills for producing polished, error-free work.
