The team builds and scales content-led campaigns that are designed to drive strong acquisition results for brands across multiple industries. Their work spans major ad and social platforms, including Meta, Google, X, TikTok, Taboola, Pinterest, Reddit, and others.

Role overview

This role is for a creative content specialist who can combine visual design, storytelling, and performance thinking. The person in this position will create graphics, short-form video, and UGC-style content that connects with audiences and supports campaign performance across different brands and verticals.

A strong candidate will know how to use data and performance insights to shape content that converts well and can be scaled effectively.

Core responsibilities

You will partner with the Creative and Growth Marketing teams to develop, produce, and refine assets for high-performing campaigns. The work includes graphic design, short-form video editing, photography, and user-generated content creation for social and native placements.

You will also help maintain a steady pipeline of creative concepts, share ideas regularly in team meetings, and use performance feedback to improve and iterate on ad creative.

Graphic design and creative production

  • Create fresh visual directions, templates, and design systems for social and native advertising.
  • Design brand elements such as logos, icons, and supporting visuals.
  • Capture content for digital channels like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Video, photography, and UGC

  • Edit short-form video ads and shape raw footage into polished concepts for digital campaigns.
  • Create and style photography and UGC content that fits each client’s brand identity.
  • Work with the creative team to develop UGC and photography concepts for client campaigns and help keep the UGC photo library updated.

Project and performance management

  • Handle several projects at once while keeping timelines, deadlines, and quality expectations on track.
  • Keep a running backlog of ad ideas and present new concepts in weekly creative meetings.
  • Review ad performance with the Growth Marketing team, document what is working, and refine creative based on those learnings.

Requirements

The role asks for a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a closely related discipline, along with 2 to 3 years of experience building short-form video content from the ground up.

Applicants should be comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Creative Cloud (including Premiere Pro and Illustrator), Figma, and/or Canva. A strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and color theory, is also important.

Candidates need to be active users of social media, familiar with platform-specific creative requirements and current trends, and able to bring fresh ideas from the wider advertising and marketing space.

Strong written and verbal communication, good organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are expected. Comfort appearing on camera is considered an advantage. The company also values candidates who can use AI tools to improve and speed up creative workflows.

A portfolio is required, and it must be shared through a format other than a LinkedIn link. Social media links or sample videos that best show your style are encouraged.

Work model and location

This is a hybrid position based in New York, New York. The role requires one in-office day each week.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
