Role Overview

Seeking an imaginative and dynamic Content Creator to produce compelling digital content that enhances brand visibility, audience interaction, and marketing efforts spanning golf, leisure, hospitality, and lifestyle domains. This position emphasizes social-first content such as videography, photography, short reels, event documentation, and promotional campaign materials tailored for digital channels and mobile apps. Candidates must be located in Abu Dhabi as the role requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce captivating photo and video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create reels, stories, short videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional campaigns.
• Document activities related to golf, hospitality, leisure, lifestyle events, and tournaments.
• Assist in daily social media management and content distribution.
• Adhere to brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
• Plan and execute high-quality photography and videography sessions covering tournaments, events, activations, and hospitality experiences.
• Organize content shoots across multiple venues and teams.
• Optimize visual content for various digital platforms and formats.
• Design social media creatives, marketing assets, and promotional materials.
• Edit video content utilizing professional and mobile editing software.
• Support marketing initiatives through compelling storytelling visuals.
• Generate trend-relevant content to increase reach and engagement.
• Assist with content calendar development and campaign coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign rollout.
• Monitor trending social media formats, competitor activity, and viral content.
• Provide basic social media performance tracking and engagement reports.
• Attend and support live events including golf tournaments, hospitality, padel events, and corporate activations, delivering real-time social coverage.
• Enhance guest engagement through digital storytelling.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong skills in videography, photography, and video editing.
• Proficient with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with awareness of current content trends.
• Talent for creating engaging reels and short-form video content.
• Creativity combined with excellent storytelling capabilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and during events.
• Applicants must already reside in Abu Dhabi; those from other Emirates will not be considered.

Preferred Experience

• Background in hospitality, golf, sports, luxury, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.
• Enthusiasm for digital storytelling and social media innovations.
• Experience producing branded content for events or hospitality venues.
