Role Overview
Makino Europe GmbH is looking for a Content & Communication Manager to shape and coordinate content across digital and print channels. The role focuses on building a stronger content presence, improving editorial planning, and working with teams across the company to produce clear, high-quality communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance content across all communication channels, including online platforms and printed materials.
- Improve and maintain the editorial calendar so content planning stays organized and effective.
- Develop and polish content together with international internal stakeholders.
- Track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead the creation, planning, and execution of a broader content strategy.
- Identify and select external content and marketing partners, including managing pricing discussions.
- Contribute to content work for exhibition concepts in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hands-on experience in editorial content work, including preparing information and handling image, text, and video materials; an interest in the industrial sector is important.
- A university degree in Marketing, Media Design, Communication, or a similar discipline is required.
- Working knowledge of content management systems and basic graphic design is expected.
- Strong planning ability, execution skills, and the ability to work independently with a practical, proactive mindset are essential.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German are needed, along with confidence working in a multicultural setting.
