Job description
Company Overview
Inspire Medical is a tier 2 approved supplier of medical and locum personnel to the Health Service Executive (HSE). The company partners with healthcare providers to place qualified staff for both short-term cover and longer-term workforce support. By working alongside public health services, it helps maintain continuity of patient care and steady day-to-day operations. The team operates in a purpose-driven setting that values dependable service, regulatory discipline, and professional standards.
Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Dublin focuses on keeping compliance records accurate, current, and aligned with HSE, regulatory, and internal requirements. The role centres on documentation control, credential tracking, and policy adherence so that staff files remain complete and ready for audit.
Key Duties
- Review, update, and maintain compliance documentation and records.
- Track expiry dates for mandatory certificates and other required credentials.
- Ensure files for medical and locum staff are complete and prepared for audits at any time.
- Work with recruitment, finance, and operations teams to confirm information and support contract-related obligations.
- Prepare and maintain compliance-focused reports.
- Support internal audit activities and help respond to external inspections.
- Contribute ideas and actions that improve compliance processes and controls.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should bring prior experience in healthcare, staffing, or another regulated environment, ideally in a compliance or administrative capacity. A solid grasp of regulatory compliance is important, including awareness of healthcare or workforce-related rules and audit expectations. Strong communication and interpersonal ability is needed to work effectively with internal colleagues, outside partners, and regulatory authorities. Analytical thinking is required to spot inconsistencies, review records carefully, and support informed decisions. A basic understanding of finance is also useful, especially where compliance records connect to invoices and contract terms. Candidates should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling several deadlines in a busy setting. Good working knowledge of office tools such as MS Office, spreadsheets, database systems, and digital reporting platforms is expected. A post-secondary qualification in business, healthcare administration, law, or a similar area is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
