Role overview
OnPoint E-commerce is hiring a Compensation & Rewards Manager to shape and continuously improve the company’s total rewards approach. The role focuses on keeping pay, benefits, and incentives market-competitive, internally fair, and closely tied to business priorities. It also plays a key part in payroll oversight, reward program design, and compensation guidance that supports hiring, retention, and employee engagement.
Compensation strategy and management
- Create and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and allowance policies that reflect market data and the company’s reward philosophy.
- Run salary benchmarking and market reviews to ensure pay remains competitive across both local and regional positions.
- Own the annual salary review and PAP process, balancing fairness with budget constraints.
- Design and administer incentive plans, including FO incentives and long-term rewards such as MIP and ESOP.
Payroll and benefits operations
- Manage monthly payroll end-to-end, making sure payments for salaries, incentives, and related items are accurate and on time.
- Ensure payroll and benefits processes comply with tax rules, social insurance obligations, and labor law requirements.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave arrangements, and welfare initiatives.
- Recommend and administer non-cash benefits that strengthen well-being and engagement.
Reporting and analytics
- Develop and update C&B dashboards and reports covering payroll cost per employee, salary spend versus budget, headcount, turnover, demographics, and incentive ROI.
- Share periodic insights and recommendations with the HR Director and senior leaders to support decision-making.
Policy governance and compliance
- Draft, refresh, and communicate compensation and benefits policies with a focus on clarity and compliance.
- Maintain alignment with local labor regulations, tax requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Work with internal and external auditors during payroll and benefits audits.
Projects and continuous improvement
- Support upgrades to HRIS and payroll systems to improve automation and data quality.
- Lead efficiency improvements across payroll and C&B workflows to enhance employee experience.
- Contribute to broader people initiatives such as total rewards reviews, performance management frameworks, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards, including 2 years or more in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, tax regulations, and payroll operations.
- Practical experience with salary benchmarking, incentive design, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical ability with a data-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Hands-on experience using HRIS and payroll platforms, including building or implementing HR systems.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power BI for HR-related workflows and reporting.
- Ability to apply and integrate AI tools into C&B processes to improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regional or multinational organizations is an advantage.
