  • Continuously look for ways to improve, streamline, and align compensation and benefits practices.
  • Stay current on rules and updates from relevant Singapore authorities, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM, and apply them correctly to the business.
  • Assist with ad hoc compensation and benefits campaigns and related initiatives.
  • Contribute to the wider C&B and shared services agenda, including job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
  • Act as a go-to person for compensation and benefits topics for internal HR stakeholders and external partners such as insurers and brokers.
  • Support updates to HR documents and policies, such as the handbook and C&B policy, so they remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with local requirements, Ethics & Compliance expectations, and Airbus values.
  • Build strong working knowledge of the company HRMS, especially reward-related modules such as payroll, attendance, leave, and personnel records.
  • Provide guidance, technical coaching, and mentoring to HR colleagues in the country.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in handling employee questions about Singapore compensation and benefits matters.
  • Take on other reasonable duties as assigned by the company.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, strategies, and projects coming from Group and Regional Rewards teams.
  • Support projects driven by Group and/or Regional Rewards as needed.
  • Represent Airbus at external HR conferences and networking events.
  • Take an active role in internal HR networks within the company.

Expected Deliverables

  • Ensure statutory compliance work is completed accurately, on time, and without errors in line with local regulations.
  • Maintain salary structures, job grades, and grading frameworks.
  • Prepare market benchmarking analyses using salary surveys such as Mercer and WTW.
  • Run annual salary increment and bonus review cycles, including budget modelling and payout calculations.
  • Administer employee benefits enrollment for medical, dental, and group insurance coverage.
  • Work with insurance brokers on renewals, premium discussions, and service-related issues.
  • Advise HR Business Partners on rewards and compensation matters.
  • Support implementation of new compensation tools, automation efforts, and policy harmonization projects.

Requirements

  • A degree or higher qualification in any discipline, preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in compensation and benefits, either in-house or as a consultant.
  • Hands-on exposure to areas such as job evaluation, grading, benchmarking, taxes, social contributions, and benefits design.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, complex multinational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.
  • Good working knowledge of major HR management systems such as BIPO or Workday.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, with excellent attention to detail and statistical capability.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Confident presenting ideas and information both verbally and in written or slide-based formats.
