You will be expected to review, analyze, and interpret financial and budget-related information, support statutory and tax compliance, and help strengthen accounting processes as the business grows. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with regular interaction across teams and regions.
What you'll do

- Work closely with business and functional partners to provide accounting support for new product launches and entry into new markets.
- Help the business reduce risk and make informed decisions by contributing to high-quality accounting support and scalable financial infrastructure.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes by using AI, scripts, and automation tools to simplify reporting workflows and cut down manual work.
- Carry out detailed financial analysis, maintain the accuracy and integrity of accounting records, and prepare and post month-end journal entries.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- A professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent credential.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or treasury work involving cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications
- CPA or CA certification.
- Background working with processes, controls, and financial reporting.
- Comfort working with cross-functional and international teams, including the ability to handle clearly defined tasks within a project, manage time well, and follow work plans.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Good investigative ability and the confidence to communicate clearly with executive leadership.
