Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in the Mohali district for someone who can take ownership of community growth and engagement across both online and offline channels. The role is centered on building meaningful relationships with users, keeping conversations active, and ensuring the community feels supported and informed.
What you will do
- Develop and strengthen Instanodes’ communities across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and relevant Web3 forums.
- Engage with members regularly, answer queries, and keep discussions constructive and active.
- Moderate conversations and step in when conflicts, confusion, or product concerns need attention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to raise technical or product-related issues that come from the community.
- Plan and run community initiatives such as campaigns, AMAs, partnerships, and events.
- Work alongside the marketing team to create and distribute content that helps users understand Instanodes’ offerings.
- Monitor community activity, collect user feedback, and convert those insights into useful updates for product, support, and leadership teams.
- Use reporting and analytics to understand community health, sentiment, and engagement patterns.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in blockchain, Web3, or developer tools.
- Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially node infrastructure, BSC, and Ethereum, or the ability to pick up technical subjects quickly.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to simplify technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Experience moderating and managing communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, X, and LinkedIn.
- Capability to organize and execute campaigns, AMAs, events, and collaborations that boost engagement and growth.
- Comfort working with marketing, product, and support teams to share feedback and help improve the product experience.
- Well-organized, responsive, and proactive when handling community questions, issues, or disagreements.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools used to measure engagement, sentiment, and overall community performance.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to accommodate global audiences and different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
